Record the exact source and target landmarks, body region, side, posture/state, acquisition method, unit and precision. Total character and wearer height are not universal substitutes for the corresponding dimensions of a helmet, forearm guard, greave or other piece.

X ratio = target X ÷ source X | Y ratio = target Y ÷ source Y

Reproduce the completed axis policy

Uniform mode is accepted only when both entered ratios agree within 0.1%. Axis-specific mode reproduces a policy already owned by the completed source record; the calculator does not decide whether deforming one or more axes is geometrically or materially valid.
