LCOE = (upfront cost + Σ annual net cost/(1+r)^year) / Σ delivered kWh/(1+r)^year.

Annual LCOE scenario

Build an explicit annual energy and operating-cost scenario, with a specified replacement and end-of-life net cost. Zero discount, zero degradation and zero annual output are handled without hidden defaults.

Energy_y = first-year delivered kWh ×(1−decline)^(y−1); operating cost_y = first-year cost ×(1+cost change)^(y−1). Discount net costs and energy separately.
