How it works

Source-owned clock and unit

Keep the copied schedule attached to its basis, course/distance context, timing method, recorded precision and metres-or-yards unit. Arithmetic agreement cannot turn a scenario or copied clock into an official result.

Overall seconds = strict recorded clock using 60 seconds per minute

Full checkpoints and final remainder

The schedule allocates time uniformly by entered distance. It creates every complete checkpoint and, when total distance is not divisible by the checkpoint distance, adds one shorter final row ending exactly at the entered finish.

Full time = overall × checkpoint ÷ total | Remainder time = overall × remainder ÷ total

Independent arithmetic check

A signed difference exposes agreement or a copied-summary mismatch for the same schedule. It does not model starts, turns, strokes, fatigue, conditions, individual response or actual measured intermediate splits.
