How it works

Maintenance date schedule

Calculate next dates from the actual maintenance intervals selected for your equipment and documented conditions. Enter the last completed date, calendar-day interval and a review date. The tool schedules your plan; it does not infer filter life, prescribe annual refrigerant service or send notifications.

Next date = last completed date + specified calendar days; days until due = next date − review date.

Maintenance runtime threshold

Compare an actual cumulative runtime meter with the reading at the last service and a documented service interval. An optional projected date uses your explicit future daily runtime assumption, which is separate from observed meter readings.

Next meter reading = last-service reading + interval; remaining hours = next reading − current reading; projected days = ceil(positive remaining hours ÷ assumed daily hours).
