How it works

Match demand and product yield

Demand and yield must share unit, system and field basis. Choose masonry units, wall area or reviewed wet volume; each mode retains its own draft. An up-to coverage claim is not a guaranteed lower yield.

Lower bags = ceil(lower planned demand / upper yield); upper bags = ceil(upper planned demand / lower yield)

Separate extras and buying

Only entered additional allowance is applied. Credit exact usable whole matching bags, then round sale packs. Blank price remains unknown; an explicit zero needs quote evidence. Material-only costs omit freight, labor and equipment.

Required = ceil(demand × (1 + allowance) / yield) + separate whole spares; packs = ceil(max(0, required − stock) / bags per pack)

Document a separate mixing scope

Water endpoints multiply the deliberately selected whole bags, not every purchased bag. Use the current exact label/TDS and equipment instructions. No partial-bag formulation or mixer capacity is inferred.

Illustrative demand of 130–143 matching masonry units and reviewed coverage of 11–13 units per bag needs 10–13 whole bags before stock or sale packs. These rates are examples, not universal coverage.

With 10% explicitly additional demand, 2 spare bags, 3 matching bags in stock and 4 bags per pack, the illustration needs 13–17 bags and buys 3–4 packs containing 12–16 bags.

Selecting 5 whole bags with a reviewed 2-bag capacity gives two full batches and one 1-bag batch. An illustrative sourced 4.7–5.7 L per bag gives 23.5–28.5 L in total; replace this with the current exact product instructions.
