Workflow

  1. Save the target requirements and application instructions

Create an application record for the real posting. Record the role, required qualifications, requested documents and file format. Open a new resume version with a useful name, then keep the target and facts to verify in Private tailoring notes.

  2. Write relevant experience and accurate credentials

Enter your name and contact information you want to share. Add roles, organizations, dates and relevant responsibilities or outcomes. Include appropriate projects or volunteering when they demonstrate the requirements. State unfinished courses and credentials accurately and verify any numbers you use.

  3. Connect the evidence to the target role

Select the experience most relevant to the requirements and explain your own contribution. Use clear language that matches the role where it is truthful. Write a concise headline and summary, keeping private research outside public resume sections. Duplicate the version before adapting it for another employer.

  4. Check the preview and the actual exported file

Read the preview for order, spelling and missing context. Download resume TXT or use Print resume / PDF if that format is accepted. Open the resulting file and check page breaks, readable text, contact details and completeness. Ask a trusted reviewer for targeted feedback.

  5. Save the version and log what you actually submit

Choose Save in this browser and download the JSON backup. Record the exact materials version in the application record. Submit through the verified employer channel yourself, then record the date, confirmation and next action. Revisit the draft when new evidence or requirements change.
