Map actual outlets to physical GFCI devices and retain each outlet's reviewed requirement and observed test result. One properly installed device can protect multiple downstream outlets; room count does not determine device or circuit count. Keep uncertain locations explicitly unresolved.

Count unique physical GFCI devices separately from outlets; a required outlet is recorded covered only when its mapped device exists on the same circuit and the outlet test is recorded passed.
