Workflow

  1. Collect the exact equipment and site documents

    Collect the turbine, tower, controller, protection and battery or grid-interface manuals with model revisions. Resolve access, boundaries, foundation investigation and the responsible installation team. Record the intended operating envelope and the authority responsible for each required approval.

  2. Plan construction and mechanical energy control

    Use the approved construction documents, foundation acceptance criteria, lifting plan and equipment-specific installation sequence. Assign work-at-height, rotor restraint and electrical/stored-energy controls to the qualified team. Record inspection and hold points before concrete placement, lifting and energization.
