Age-Based Duration Context

CDC summarizes AASM recommendations by age: 4–12 months 12–16 hours including naps; ages 1–2 11–14 including naps; 3–5 10–13 including naps; 6–12 9–12; 13–17 8–10; 18–60 at least 7; 61–64 7–9; and 65+ 7–8 hours.
